Women play essential roles that help sustain and grow church plants. We come alongside church planting networks that acknowledge the importance of investing in women, both for their well-being and for the flourishing of the plants they serve.

We partner with your organization by providing access to learning experiences and supportive groups that engage core challenges through a gospel lens. We help you develop a plan to integrate Parakaleo into your network to serve women in YOUR unique context.

The Partnership Process

Learn

Partnering with us, we introduce Parakaleo's gospel resilience approach to women in your network. You choose the suitable partnership level, and we provide program support to empower them.
Lead

We identify and empower potential leaders during our retreats, where they get the opportunity to 'lead while learning,' exploring their gifts and strengthening their gospel foundation for transformative leadership.
Launch

Focusing on scale and sustainability, we develop a launch plan that includes structure, staff, and programs. We invite and provide your key leaders with continued connections resources and support.
