Under Pressure
Church planting can often feel like a pressure cooker. The season is filled with high expectations under limited resources (such as staff, finances, and space). Ministry and personal life, often intertwined, is intense with little room to breathe. When pastoral couples and launch team members endure this pressure long-term without release, it can lead to explosive consequences.
Pathways To Partnerships
Parakaleo does its best work when we partner with church planting networks (and other planting organizations) to provide gospel refreshment and community to their female leaders, including wives. We equip, mobilize, and resource women to come alongside other women in their networks.
