2026 Program Manager
Position Summary
The Program Manager fosters gospel-centered resilience in women by engaging participants relationally and delivering impactful programs in alignment with Parakaleo’s mission.
Key Performance Indicator
Creates experiences that inspire women to recommend Parakaleo, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Part-time, Non-exempt, Remote
Desired Start Date: July 1, 2026
Salary Range: $26-28/hour
Reports to: Operations Director
Supervises by Assignment: Program Facilitators
Hours: 25 hours/week

Program Planning & Execution - 50%
Facilitate program learning experiences
Ensure events align with quality, budget, and policies
Implement evaluation plans for programs to assess impact, outcomes, and effectiveness.
Report Program Performance
Onboard new facilitators
Provide tech support to facilitators
Participant Experience - 30%
Oversee all participant communications from initial contact to post-learning experience feedback
Implement recruitment systems to engage new participants
Conduct 1:1 meetings with potential participants
Maintain and track relationships with participants
Deliver quality customer service
Respond to program inquiries
Curriculum & Resources - 20%
Facilitate the distribution and accessibility of curriculum resources to leaders and participants
Documents changes to resources

Strong program planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in program coordination, including recruitment, facilitator preparation, and delivering high-quality customer support.
Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and use data to strengthen participant outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Adaptable with technology, able to quickly learn new tools and assist others in using them.
Spanish language proficiency preferred.
The Program Manager should be available to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Compensation is based on relevant skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational considerations.
2026 Partnership Manager
Position Summary
The Partnership Manager expands Parakaleo’s reach and impact by cultivating collaborative relationships with church-planting networks. This position deepens engagement with network leaders and fosters the health and sustainability of locally-led Parakaleo movements through consultation and leadership development.
Key Performance Indicator
The number of Alongside Groups started by a church-planting network.

Salary Range: $26-28/hour
Reports to: Executive Director
Supervises by Assignment: Parakaleo Leaders
Hours: 25 hours/week

Network Prospect Cultivation (Discovery Phase) - 40%
Consistently engage church planting networks that are exploring partnership
Provide resources for the network to promote Parakaleo’s Central offerings
Attend conferences and offer in-person opportunities for women to engage
Help networks identify potential Parakaleo leaders
Support Parakaleo Leaders - 40%
Onboard new members to the Parakaleo Leadership Community.
Mobilize and equip members to lead events.
Analyze learning needs through data collection of leader-led groups and events.
Design and execute a yearly learning plan for leaders including but not limited to provision of resources, coaching, and monthly leadership community gatherings.
Program Partnership Implementation - 20%
Conduct or coordinate leadership assessments for new candidates.
Coordinate leadership training to start and strengthen community support.
Conduct periodic check-ins with regional movement leaders to celebrate progress, identify challenges, and offer guidance.
Evaluate the missional alignment and effectiveness of program initiatives.
