Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires and encourages them toward God’s given calling and vision for their lives in the context of church planting. In our local networks and with each other, we provide avenues of informal coaching: table consults, mentoring, and consulting.
Caring is listening to a client or a group for their unspoken as well as their spoken needs. It includes creating a climate where deeper needs can be revealed and addressed. We offer practical hands on attention, provide resources and refer clients to other professionals as needed.
Connecting is linking women to other women, planters, leaders, and resources in order to reduce isolation and enable each women to maximize their personal potential.
Celebrating is literally or figuratively throwing a party, commemorating, rejoicing, and making merry over the large as well as the small milestones of our journey.

For starters, we…
Come alongside church planting spouses by offering local networks, formal and informal coaching, and training seminars. Formal or contract coaching is also offered by phone and/or skype.
Come alongside church planting couples by offering understanding in how ministry affects their marriage and in turn, how their marriage affects ministry. This is done thru workshops at conferences and seminaries, during assessment, and one on one with couples.
Come alongside church planting movements by sharing research on the impact of church planting on the spouse and the family. As church planting leaders recognize the vital contribution of spouses and women on their teams, they can ensure their ongoing effectiveness by allocating adequate funds for training and coaching.
